วิสาหกิจชุมชนข้าวอินทรีย์ตำบลดงแดง (วังพรหม)
ตำบลดงแดง เดิมเป็นพื้นที่เนินทุ่งติดกับป่าแดงที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ไปด้วยทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ตั้ง อยู่ทางทิศตะวันออกของอำเภอจตุรพักตรพิมาน ภูมิประเทศเป็นที่เนิน พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นดินปน หินลูกรัง ทำให้การเก็บกักน้ำเป็นไปได้ยากลำบาก และยังเป็นพื้นที่นอกเขตชลประทาน การทำนา จึงทำได้เพียงปีละครั้งที่ต้องอาศัยน้ำฝนเพียงอย่างเดียว คุณวินัด วิกาหะ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการทำนาอินทรีย์ได้เล็งเห็นโอกาสในอุปสรรคดังกล่าวนี้จึงเกิด การรวมตัวกันเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาสู่การทำเกษตรที่ยั่งยื่น โดยการนำหลักกสิกรรม ธรรมชาติหรือเกษตรอินทรีย์ สร้างความอุดมสมบูรณ์ให้กับระบบนิเวศน์ในนา คัดสรรเมล็ดพันธุ์
ข้าวที่สมบูรณ์ ปลูกด้วยความใส่ใจจนกลายมาเป็นข้าววังพรหม “จตุรพักตรพิมาน” ที่มากด้วย ประโยชน์ จากการศึกษาพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องจนกลายเป็นผู้ “รู้จริงเรื่องข้าว” พร้อมทั้งความใส่ใจใน ความต้องการที่แตกต่างของผู้บริโภค ทำให้เกิดการนำข้าวสายพันธุ์ต่างๆมาทำการปลูกใน อำเภอจตุรพักตรพิมานนี้ ด้วยการคัดสรรพันธุ์ข้าวอย่างดีประกอบกับความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของ พื้นที่ ผ่านการแปรรูปเกิดเป็นข้าวและผลิตภัณฑ์จากข้าวที่มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการตามความ
ต้องการที่หลากหลายของผู้บริโภค

Dong Dang Organic Rice Community Enterprise (Wang Phrom)
Dong Daeng sub-district was originally a mound area next to a red forest rich in natural resources, which located to the east of Chaturaphak Phiman district. The landscape is hilly and most of the area is laterite rocky soil. The geography characteristic makes it difficult to keep water. The area also located outside the irrigation area. Therefore, it could be cultivated only once a year with rainwater. Mr. Winad Wigaha, an expert in organic farming, saw the opportunity in this hurdle, and therefore joined together as a community enterprise to solve the  roblem of sustainable agriculture. He introduced natural agriculture or organic agriculture, created fertility for the ecosystem in the field, selected perfect rice seed varieties and planted with care until it became Wang Prom rice “Chaturaphak Phiman” with many benefits.
Mr. Winad becomes who “truly understand rice” from continuing effort to study and develop rice. He pays attention to different needs of consumers. Therefore, he brings various species of rice to grow in Chaturaphak Phiman district. Rice varieties are chosen carefully and grown in fertile area, processed into rice and rice products that are nutritious based on the various needs of consumers.
