เพศทุกวัย จากประสบการณ์และความชำนาญเดิมที่มีในการผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์เฉาก๊วยและ
เครื่องดื่มต่างๆ อาทิเช่น ชานมเฉาก๊วย นมสดเฉาก๊วย น้ำเฉาก๊วย เป็นต้น ทางกลุ่มจึงทำการ
ทดลองและพัฒนาเกิดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์วุ้นข้าวหอมมะลิผสมบุกที่มีความเหนียวนุ่มเหมือนเฉาก๊วย
และมากด้วยประโยชน์ ซึ่งอาจเรียกชื่อผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจได้ง่ายว่า “เฉาก๊วยขาว”
ถือเป็นการสร้างความแปลกใหม่จากเฉาก๊วยดำที่มีจำหน่ายในท้องตลาด และยังเป็นการสร้าง
มูลค่าเพิ่มให้แก่ข้าวหอมมะลิอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ทางกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปข้าวหอมมะลิ
วาวี่ ยังมีแนวคิดที่จะนำวัตถุดิบข้าวสายพันธ์ต่างๆที่ปลูกภายในพื้นที่จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดมาทำการ
พัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีประโยชน์ต่อไป

Wawi Hom Mali Rice Processed Food Community Enterprise

Wawi Hom Mali Rice Processed Food SMCE established due to the intention of using good
quality jasmine rice that grown locally to develop as value-added produce of Roi Et province,
which are suitable for consumers of all ages.
From many years of experience in producing and selling varieties of grass jelly products and
beverages, such as milk tea with grass jelly, fresh milk with grass jelly, grass jelly drinks etc.,
the community has therefore experimented and developed jasmine rice into jasmine rice
jelly mixed with Konjac, which has the similar sticky and soft texture as grass jelly. The newly
developed product might be named as “white grass jelly” for easy understanding. It is
considered a novelty from original black grass jelly that is available on the market. The
product has also created additional value for jasmine rice. In addition, Wawi Hom Mali Rice
Processed Food SMCE is also considering to develop different rice species that are grown in
Roi Et Province into other products that could benefit the customers.
